These Indexes are co-developed and maintained by CRSPin partnership with NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE, and are displayed on the NASDAQ, AMEX, and NYSE web sites for the internal use of public companies only, and may not be used for any purpose by any third parties other than Zacks, including their inclusion in Total Return Performance Graphs.

Any publicly traded company who uses a 3rd party to produce their graph must be aware that the only authorized license of the CRSP indices is through Zacks. Any other vendor purporting to provide CRSP indices is incorrect or is doing so without a license.
