CRSP provides the following data files: common stocks on the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ; CRSP Indexes; NASDAQ and S&P 500 composite indexes; Total Return NYSE, NASDAQ and AMEX Major Market and Industry Indexes; US Treasury bonds; Survivor-Bias-Free Mutual Funds; CRSP/COMPUSTAT Merged Database; CRSP/Ziman Real Estate Data Series; market capitalization reports; and custom datasets. Effective May 1, 2008, CRSP|Center for Research in Security Prices, Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago extended to Zacks Investment Research an exclusive license for the use of the CRSP NASDAQ Historical Industry and Major Market Indices, CRSP Amex Historical Indices, and the CRSP NYSE Historical Major Market Index . These Indexes are co-developed and maintained by CRSPin partnership with NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE, and are displayed on the NASDAQ, AMEX, and NYSE web sites for the internal use of public companies only, and may not be used for any purpose by any third parties other than Zacks, including their inclusion in Total Return Performance Graphs.

Any publicly traded company who uses a 3rd party to produce their graph must be aware that the only authorized license of the CRSP indices is through Zacks. Any other vendor purporting to provide CRSP indices is incorrect or is doing so without a license.
